For my cats they injected 3 years adjuvanted/killed rabies vaccination. The didn?t provide options for 1 year non-adjuvanted rabies and they didn?t inform me they used 3 year rabies until checkout. When I brought up the concern, the doctor didn?t really bother the risk of VSS. Well? we all want to give the best care for our family member. I?ll do non-adjuvanted to prevent the VSS even the risk is low, but this place doesn?t care what you want and doesn?t offer this option, which probably is the reason why they don?t bother to inform the owner.
Other two clinics I?ve been to all use non-adjuvanted rabies.
Been taking our dogs here for years. Dr. Hoge is the best!
Not refilling our pet medicine
!!ABSOLUTE TRAAAAAASH!!!!! I had to pay $700+ for an issue they didn’t even fix. My dog has a dripping problem. I brought my dog in. They did the normal checkup and a round of tests. They instead came back saying that he has an ear infection????? Maybe the dog has one, but they didn’t diagnose the dogs problem with the dripping. I looked up online and theres multiple reasons a dog could be dripping and they didn’t provide one. And most of the reasons are easily treatable, as long as the cause is known. So I paid for the checkup, tests, and ear medication. That all came to above $700. They didn’t even call or ask us if we wanted to do the tests or how much it would be. They just footed us the bill. We had to drop of our dogs in the clinic and wait in the parking lot because this happended during Covid. What upsets me is these guys were clearly just trying to make some money, but they also didn’t even give a propper diagnosis for the dog. So now our dog suffers too!!
The ladies and Dr. Apple are great
