I always feel like my dogs are treated very well here, I like that you?re given an estimate before any service, not just a bill at the end that you have no way to prepare for. The front desk is always kind and thoughtful. Lori especially, she is very good at what she does and always makes me feel heard.
I will be recommending this vet to all pet parents in the South Bay area. My dog was having an allergic reaction and they were able to see him in less than an hour. Dr. Stone and the vet tech were so kind and compassionate towards my dog, and they were very thorough with there exam. They recommended a treatment that ended up working perfectly for my dog, and even asked if the price for the visit was okay with me. VERY reasonable price for the reaction my dog was having. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Stone and his team moving forward!!
Super friendly staff and they really know how to take care of all the critters that come in the door! Really clean, nice rooms, with all the fancy options!
