Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and clean clinic. Following on how your pets are doing when treatment when treatment is given. Means alot.
Kirk Kasuya, DVM is one of the best vets in Santa Clara county in my opinion.
I speak from the point of view of his administering great healthcare services to my 12 year old cat Chase and helping my other cat, 22 year old Java peacefully and respectfully leave us to move on to his next life.
The associates who work with Dr. Kasuya all are professional and definitely customer service oriented.
My 9 year old German Shepard will soon be visiting Dr. Kasuya for her checkups and vaccinations because I feel good about VCA Almaden Valley in general.
It is nice to know that there still are businesses that work hard understanding that the needs of their clients and patients are not necessarily the same.
Staff is really nice,attentive and always smiling.
I found a lost dog, I stopped by to see if they have any informations on shelters, the lovely girl at the front desk informed me that the shelter is closed for the day but offered to take the dog in because I couldn’t keep pets at my place
