Great front desk attention
This is more for the front desk, I have been trying to call them for 3 days to schedule my other dog for a new visit and go over my current dog’s invoice/ treatment and it either
1) keeps ringing
2) someone picks up no greeting and I’m placed on hold for 30 minutes
3) goes to voicemail saying they are closed and I know they aren’t because my dog was there
I understand things get crazy but the lack of communication is making me rethink even going to this location so frustrating
They accommodated me at the last minute and were very nice from the receptionist to the Dr. Very professional and caring. I appreciate your help
Cheaper option but only drop off availability. You rarely have a chance talking to the doctor.
