We were in town visiting our family over the holidays and had to bring our dog, Spud, in for a cyst that has developed between his toes. Our pup is generally shy with vets but Dr. Cherry was so kind and patient. Our dog warmed up to her immediately. She explained the problem on why this occurs, we developed a plan for the future, and prescribed him the meds he needed to reduce the pain and decrease the swelling. We were in and out in 45 minutes! Our little Maverick LOVES Dr. Hoppe as do we! You will find her warm and welcoming at first hello. Mavs is our first family pet and my first dog. I am new to all of this. She patiently answered all of our questions on our first visit and continues to do so when little things pop up here and there.
What really impresses me, in the past almost year that we have gotten to know wonderful Dr. Hoppe, is how positive and generous she is. It is clear how much she loves her patients, she encourages us not to over stress, but also cautions us on the things she feels are important.
We are so incredibly appreciative to have found Dr. Hoppe and highly recommend her and her team.
Super dedicated & professional service! We have tried a couple of vets in Bay Area, but here is by far the best! Their staffs were very friendly and Dr. Gadde not only listened to our concerns but also he took good amount of time to ask his questions to understand our dog’s recent condition, and he provided the detailed instructions which definitely gave us lots of trust.
Dr. Hoppe is the best veterinarian my pups and I have had! I have only been going to Crystal Springs for 2 months and am very pleased. They are very patient, thorough, and caring. If you are looking for a pet hospital to go over every option you have and really care for your pet, I definitely recommend Crystal Springs.
