Jessie was extremely rude and showed zero concern for our injured pet. Was very smarmy and not the type of person I would hope to have looking after my loved ones in any capacity
I want give them zero star if I can, bad service and attitude, for my cat treatment they did nothing and always trying to change money and I asked them why they charge, then they feel guilty to cancel it, want to delay and my cat treatment let him become worse! I don’t think they love animals they just want to trick more money from your pocket!

Stay away, scammers, thief, they are scamming the Costa Mesa people making you sign on a credit card machine a contract that literally they DO NOT SHOW YOU, they DO NOT EXPLAIN YOU, and they catch you for years on a monthly membership that is complete useless. When you go to complain, they laugh on your face, and they write on a piece of paper a corporate phone number, good luck trying to reach someone there,, when you finally get someone they tell you that you sign a contract and they will still charging you the time they want.. THIS IS A SCAM, THEY STEALING MONEY PLAYING with your lovely pet, doing BAD BUSINESSES, UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, EVERYTHING WHAT IS BAD ON BUSINESSES!! EVERY TIME I WENT THERE WERE OTHER CUSTOMERS YELLING, COMPLAINING, for bad treatment, for money problems, PLEASE DO NOT FALL ON THIS THIEF HANDS, find a real vet for your loved friends! This is a BAD PLACE!
Be prepared for Banfield to report you to the OC Community Resources and OC Animal Care to make sure your pet is registered if you visit them for anything. We brought our 2 year old dog in for a rabies shot and they reported us and we got a letter saying we owe $159 a month later saying we need to register our dog which we did not know.
We usually take her to her primary vet but took her to Banfield as we were short on time and needed it for boarding. Our regular Vet was shocked that Banfield would sell our information as well as we are.
Beware of Banfield, clearly they found a new revenue stream by violating your privacy.
