Worst experience ever. Should be zero stars.
Funny your reply to a bad review is faster than a return call regarding a sick animal. Nothing further needs to be addressed. The most disgusting experience ever. Like a previous reviewer stated negative stars should be given.
Friendly and caring staff. After getting spayed, they called a few times to check on Bella. Her surgery went very well. We can barely see her incision. I highly recommend Banfield! Their Optimum Wellness Plan for puppies is great! It covered her surgery, all her vaccinations and so much more. Thanks for making my puppy so comfortable and happy to see her friends at Banfield. 🥰ðŸ¶
