Quality care, clean and good customer service. Banfield is severely impacted in the East Bay. Berkeley, El Cerrito, Richmond areas.
Been going to this location for a few years. This past year has been one thing after another. Poor care, poor customer service, etc. I no longer feel that they give my animals the love and care that a vet should. I’ve already placed my complaints with the corporate office which only goes back to the hospital itself so no real change happens because they don’t think they do anything wrong. There’s no point in complaining, it won’t change and falls on deaf ears.
