What a great exp.they are where it’s at .as far as the personal touch.we are confident that this is going to be our vet from now on.
Super good attention
They overcharge. They refuse to listen to anything you say. The receptionist is straight up stubborn and needs to learn what customer service entails. Dr white is a nice lady but she charges for every. Single thing. Once she charged 63$ for 15 seconds of her time. AFTER I asked if the appt would cost anything and was told no. Lolz. Vets def all suck but this one has let me down consistently.
