I would be very cautious with using this vets service. My dog went in for a UTI and is now dead. Dr. Geiselhardt prescribed my dog an antibiotic that she had severe side effects. I brought my dog back in and instead of doing a full check up and do anything to counter the side effects he decide to give her a different antibiotic. 3 days later she died. Dr. Geiselhardt stated her vitals were good but no one ever checked. I was with my dog the whole time and not 1 person checked her. I expressed my concern about her not eating and still feeling the effects but he seemed to not care and was more into just injecting her and getting us out of there. The so called expert was the cause of my bulldogs death. Also still haven’t got an apology or explanation but doesn’t surprise me after reading all the other reviews.
To top it all off the day I went in to get the original antibiotics I caught the front desk employees talking bad about my pregnant wife.
This is my experience over the past 2 weeks. For a place that is supposed to be great for bulldogs you missed the mark and I hate myself for ever bringing my dog there.
The quality is no longer good here. A client for over 20 years and brushed aside during an emergency.
