Very kind and efficient!
The vet appointment went well. They were attentive to our needs and asked if we had any concerns with our dog.
Took my poorly cat Stripe here yesterday. He was not very cooperative so they sent him home with meds for anxiety and I took him back this morning. Everyone that dealt with Stripe was so lovely and they kept me informed of everything. They even listened to my worries about him not eating for several days and suggested recovery food, which he wolfed down when we got home. It was so nice to see him eat. So thankful they got him in and for how wonderfully they treated him.
An absolute nightmare trying to get a prescription filled for my dog’s flea & tick medication anywhere other than their own internal or their own online pharmacy, solely so they can profit off of it. And good luck if you get Amy on the phone trying to go in circles as to why that’s their policy… Front desk (Melissa) says one thing, and then “their policy” is another… Very organized. Glad we are moving so we can find a vet clinic that is not completely archaic…
