Very nice and informative. No pressure in medication treatment, when it was optional!
I’ve been bringing my dog here for the last 3 years but as of last week Im going to start taking my dog somewhere else, I brought her in for a x-ray of her litter which I was informed that she had possibly 8 puppies. She couldn’t have been more further off. It was more like 11 My poor dog went through a miserable labor because I didn’t know how stuffed she was. In the long run we had to go to the emergency room and she was put in the ICU. She ended up losing 4 puppies. I will not be going back to Dr Brown ever again and will advise my family/friends to stop services as well. I know ultrasounds / X-rays are just a guesstimate but they were way off So off it could have killed my dog. She also told me my dog had two weeks left , She went into labor within 5 days of our doctor’s appointment. I need solid treatment not guesses.
Awful communication. Awful customer service. Never even spoke to a doctor. No explanation or information provided at all. Just $500 for bloodwork and X-rays. I never write reviews…but this place is genuinely terrible
These folks are fast, friendly, and make taking care of my doggo easy. For as long as I’m in the Springs, they’ll be my place of choice.
