We have a small breed dog with very bad anxiety, and this office invited us to come for “happy visits” which we really appreciated. They also had good availability if we needed to get in quickly. However, they consistently failed to get the dog vaccinated, citing her aggression, and sold us sedatives to use at home. We spent an ungodly amount of time trying to get the dog to take the medication, and we finally managed to get her to take a large dose, but she was still agitated and they couldn’t get the vaccines in. We went in exasperated and tried to ask for other options but we were promptly recommended a refill of the same failed sedative.
I wasn’t going to write this review, feeling that the issue was with us, but we went to a different vet and they got our dog vaccinated with no issues, no sedatives, and no guilt for having a “problem dog”. I’m honestly unsure if they really needed to go through all the theatrics, or if they just wanted to make some extra cash from us by selling us the sedatives.
I gave them 3 stars instead of 1, because if your pet behaves like an angel and if you know not to accept any extra services or medications they try to sell you on, they’re totally fine.

Amazing experience. They treated our dog like she was their own and took the time to be thorough in explaining what treatment was needed. Definitely would recommend.
