I called with an emergency situation for my sick cat and got told their only dealing with, “Established patients.” To me this shows how little this Dr. cares about others!! If you don’t want to deal with other folks, take your ad off the Internet!!!
Now I did not use the mobile option but called in to see if I could bring my car hit dog in and they saw me within a half an hour. Vet gave me options and was great about explaining her opinions as to what she could or would do. She is not all warm and fuzzy which doesn?t bother me as she is professional, reasonable and analytical which is more important. I am hearing that many vets are overwhelmed during this pandemic and concentrating on established clients. What more can they do? Stay open 24/7?
I realize this veterinary office has closed, but I want to take an opportunity to say how wonderful Dr. Kirsten Fulton and her staff were to me and our dear cats, in sickness, in terminal illness, and in healthier times. Dr. Fulton’s office came highly recommended by other clients who loved them, too. I miss this veterinary office very much and would happily return to Dr. Fulton if she’s available again.
