The manager harassed a paying customer voicing a consumer concern.
Price gouging.
DO NOT get their optimum wellness plan. They take your money out of your bank acct and then say you haven’t paid for 3 months. Then won’t let you use carecredit to catch up on payments for whatever unexplained reason. You can never get an appt unless you plan 3-5 months ahead of time. The vets are cool, banfield itself is a scam. Wish I could cut ties completely and I’m extremely unhappy I’m -$145 and can’t get flea and tick meds because they scamming. Wish I NEVER used banfield
Ridiculous service at this location. Made an appointment for our sick dog last night and drove 45 minutes to this location to be told that Dylan called me earlier today and could not communicate with me due to a language barrier. I have no missed calls from Banfield, no voicemail, so clearly Dylan dialed the wrong number and did not try to get a hold of me to tell that me that our appointment was cancelled. The manager then gaslighted us saying that he can assure my partner I received a call when I did not. I pay money every month for this Banfield service and I’m have not been able to get in at all over the past few months which is absolutely ridiculous considering how much we pay them a year. I called back to express my frustration and the woman I spoke to was kind, validating and apologized on behalf of the other team members . Cheyenne was great and a pleasure to speak to, but Dylan and the manager of the practice could use some operations support.
This location has horrible management. Rude and non responsive. Jason has no idea what he is doing or how to treat customers. He gives this company a terrible reputation.
