Very caring and compassionate staff from the secretary to the vet assistants to the doctors. Also very patient with nervous pets. You can tell that they all like our pets, big and small
The vets of this practice are very informative. I have a 30 year old horse and a three year old horse under the practice care that are very well taken care of.
Where do I start! Since we moved from our trusted vet in Florida, we have had horrible luck with trusting care. The veteranarians & staff here changed that view. They are all so friendly and thorough and most of all knowledgeable and caring.
We brought our older dog here to get checked out after a vestibular episode and not trusting the current vet we were seeing down the road, I was blown away. They do the whole visit with you in the room, blood and fatty bump tests right in front of you! None of this taking your dog out of the room away from you to be poked and examined when they are already anxious. They spent time looking over every inch of our dog and addressing any and all concerns we had, not being pushy about anything but also addressing everything they came across. Actively listening and answering any questions I had. The vet has been very thorough in covering all the results with us and long-term care for all the diagnoses for our older dog. Tests don’t take long, and call backs are always so fast. Making appointments has been so smooth and I love how they don’t overschedule, most waiting rooms are chaos but here it is such a peaceful environment. As soon as things settle, I am making an appointment for our other dog. Unless we move away, there will be no one else we trust with caring for our dogs. Thank you for making a normally super stressful event for our dogs and for me go absolutely so smooth.
