Staff are extremely delicate and patient with animals and know both holistic and conventional medications/ courses of action. The entire staff at this business is dedicated to the exceptional care and well-being of our pets. I would HIGHLY recommend Bantam Lake Animal Hospital to anyone looking for the best care for their animals. Prices are also good, not over the top! They will work with your budget!
Bella was previously seen in 2 different veterinary offices, which judged her on her breed and rushed us out of the office, prescribing medication which did not solve her illness. I was referred to Bantam Lake Animal Hospital, and my experience was one of a kind!! From the start with Nicole on the phone working around our schedule and my dogs needs as she was attacked twice when she was a baby and can be a bit on edge around other dogs/people, Nicole took the time to schedule us when there would be no other dogs when we went. Dr. Caitlin Scheibel and Assistant Lindsey were amazing!!! They got on the floor with Bella talking to her and petting her to calm her and directed us on how we could help. Upon returning Bella for surgery Bella ran right up to Lindsey without hesitation and was soo happy to see her without even looking back!! I received two phone calls the day of surgery giving us updates on how she was doing which put us at ease and assured us she was in good hands! The entire process was smooth!!! The doctors and staff were compassionate, communicative, understanding, friendly and most importantly-JUDGEMENT FREE!!! I am glad to have found Bantam Lake Animal Hospital and can rest assured my pets have a place to go to receive care without hesitation or being rushed!! The friendly faces and caring environment set them apart from the other offices!!!!! Thank you to the doctors and staff for being so wonderful!!!!!

They take great care of my 5 kitties. I have some particularly spicy kitties and some with special needs. They are wonderful with all of them!
