Excellent and professional
I tried to call and requested for urgent care for my dog, but the call receptionist was so rude and just kept telling me to call back tomorrow! This is a 24 hrs vet clinic! Lacks proper call etiquette, disrespectful and no compassion at all!!!
They gave me the first available appointment I could find anywhere for my very sick puppy for which I will always be grateful because I was becoming sick with stress and anxiety. Very well run and pleasant so far.
Important to get my pup at least staged and seen so I could know where he stands. The out come may not be what is best for us but to do all I can for my pet is always my wish. Waiting for one more test result to see if further treatment makes since for him. Update DB Cooper is responding well to chemotherapy and I am enjoying every moment I can with DB Cooper. So very thankful I have pet insurance because so many especially with the price of even food these days would need to make tough choices. Edwina Love we thank you !!!
Dr. Falk took great care to explain to us the procedures she was performing and to discuss the treatment plan and options. The entire staff with whom we interacted were professional and made us feel very comfortable. We felt assured of the competence level and caring for our girl. We were made to feel comfortable and were well informed .
Exceptional care of our Westie whose health has improved significantly since becoming a patient last year. She was seen by Internal Medicine initially – Dr. Elizabeth Falk and her team then began providing routine specialty dermatological care. Superb knowledge and skill. Education and instructions were clear, concise, and super effective. The icing on the cake is the support we both received – with care and humor!! My dog is doing amazing, and we are so grateful!
