Get ready to be charged big time. They will squeeze every penny they can get out of their clients. They charged me a 100 bucks for a simple generic medication that cost 11 bucks on Chewy and its such a hassle to get a refund from them. You can’t get it right away, you’ll need to call and speak to a certain person that will do this and wait a few days for it. That was only one incident….there are more. It honestly feels like they don’t truly care for their patients well being but just chasing the money of the owners.

Absolutely horrible place. It’s outdated, staff isn’t very knowledgeable at all and rude. Our senior cat has been sick for awhile and we didn’t know what was wrong. They just gave him prozac medication without any bloodwork so his real diagnosis went undiagnosed until I took him to another vet and he was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. Unfortunately we brought him back to CT Vet Ct and during his last visit his thyroid levels were high so Dr. Kubis prescribed a higher dosage of meds which has made him very sick. I called and talked to Chris a staff member about our cat being sick and I couldn’t understand why they prescribed a higher dosage when I stated that he missed a few pills which could have caused his levels to rise. Not only is this woman rude but argumentative and tried to lie on me that I insulted Dr. Kubis. This is the same staff member that told me a couple of years ago to put my cat down. He’s had a long life she said. Their all about money. Now according to them my cat needs a full bloodwork panel which can only be given in the West Hartford emergency. This is a money grab. They increased my cats meds so he will need more treatment and much more expensive at that hospital. He was perfectly fine before they increased his meds. I requested my cats records and he will be treated by a much more competent doctor. Do not bring your pets here. Stay away trust me. All the negative reviews are true. Read them and make an informed decision. Pets are family and should be treated as such.

Horrible. Absolutely terrible service. Woman answering the phone should not deal with the public. Horrible experience and left the practice after more than a decade.

They were quick and efficient with my baby. My cat is my everything and when she was not acting herself at a very old age, they took care of my baby and she is back to being the best friend/cat ever!!! I?ll definitely be using them in the future and referring all my friends with fur babies to see them!
