I do not recommend this veterinary practice. I have called twice (two days in a row) to try to get a doctor to call me back about a serious issue that my cat is having. It’s been 48 hours and no call back. I requested my cats medical records and they have not sent them to me. Not happy with this vet.

Arrived at 4am with my miniature schnauzer due to vomiting and diarrhea. I’m embarrassed that I can’t remember any of the girls names that I encountered, but every single staff member was so nice! Will return in the future if necessary (hopefully not though!)

I brought my fur baby there almost a month ago for a GI bleed and they took great care of him. It was such a relief to know it wasn’t worse than what it was, but they were absolutely fantastic and I’m so grateful.

I don’t have the proper words to express how kind and compassionate entire staff was to us when we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize our 17 year old "girl" Bella. She was suffering, and they explained the process completely and treated us as if we were part of their family.

They were heartfelt, genuine and sincere and truly made this difficult time just that much less sad.

The love and kindness they gave to us all during our time of need will always be remembered . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I called the Hospital, told them that my dog may have possibly ingested some medication (pill) that may have dropped on the floor. He was acting very off, hyper, panting, very restless and walking in cicles which was not his usual self. The woman on the phone told me to bring him in to be seen, gave her all my information over the phone, I came in and was told to complete a form that contained the very same information that I gave them over the phone. One of the younger woman looked at my dog and she thought as well that he seemed that he had a little trouble breathing, the other woman who had a accent said "small dogs tend to breath like that" and she also told me that my "dog looked healthy". To make a long story short, I was there over 4 hours without my dog seen by a VET. The technician did her assessment (within 10 minutes of my arrival), she brought my dog back to me and told me all the vitals were good with the exception that his heart beat was elevated and he had a temperature and that someone would be out shortly, if anything changed to notify the staff in the front. Which I did after about an hour and was told (after a rolling eye or two ) that both VETS were very busy and she was not sure how long it would be, but I was next on the list. There were about 3 people that came after me with their dog’s who 2 clearly were not doing well as they were both urinating pools of blood, they both left after being there 2 hours without being seen by a VET and went to Middletown, one of the woman told me good luck. In the end, my dog suffered a seizure in my arms after 4 hours of not being seen, at that point they took him in and I was left in the lobby sobbing. 15-20 minutes later, I was brought in and was told he had suffered 2 seizures in a matter of 10 minutes and he turned blue and they had him on O2. The VET also mentioned she ordered more seizure meds as it would be more likely he would have another one. I made the choice to have him euthanized due to his age and "possible" underlying issues and chances he could possibly choke the next time. A few minutes later the woman with the accent came in and apologized , "I did not realize he was that sick" ….After some reading, I believe he should have been a Priority 1 triage, maybe this could have been prevented, but I will never know, possible poisoning and/or respiratory distress. To make it worse, when I picked him up the name was misspelled on his little Urn….They did replace the Urn with his correct name-Thank you for correcting this.
To the woman who said my dog looked "healthy"-he went home in a gift bag-is that healthy!!!!! I can only give 2 stars, to Emily H DVM that literally just started her shift and was very compassionate and to one of the technicians who came in and comforted me. I do apologize if this comes across very harsh.
