Pet owners beware!! Unfortunately our dearest Boxer of 9 years had to be euthanize this past Tuesday sadest day of our lives for sure. We tried cancelling our pets wellness plan only to be told you are in a contract and still have to pay even though you just lost you love.

Shame on this company!! Our love of our life was euthanize this week. Sadest day of our life. Tried cancelling our wellness plan only to be told it’s a contract and still have to pay the next 7 months even though our pet is no longer with us. Truly unethical considering your worst loss and emotional only to be told you are in a contract. We all know that’s not how they are selling the wellness plan on the store.
Always clean and friendly, but the inconsistency between doctors is frustrating
