Banfield Veterinary Hospital would not honor a procedure on my friends dog (she has a package deal with Banfield). I highly recommend thinking twice before you purchase this yearly ‘package deal’ with them.
They make the services that are offered sound good but when you need it, they want you to pay out of pocket. 0 stars

Had me on hold for 45 minutes and someone finally picked up The person told me they didn’t have anything available for a month are you kidding me why don’t they mention this fact while you are on hold via a recorded message.
