Brandon Location is the Best!
The one star to make a point. I hate doing this because it is not my style, but sadly this is the way to get a point across the fastest. You cannot leave a customer on the phone waiting for 20-30 minutes. I waited so long that the system automatically sent me to the voicemail system. This is not the first time it happens. This location is not particularly great at returning voicemails either. In person, most folks there are fantastic and take great care of my dogs. It is just very inconvenient to be forced to drive there to make an appointment when I should be able to call it in.
Java first appointment was a success. The staff is amazing, they made me my 4 legged fur baby feel right at home.
