I can’t say enough great things about this office. They saved our boy Joey after another vet almost killed him. We couldn’t be more thankful for all this office did. A huge shoutout to Dr Phillips for preforming a life saving surgery! Top notch, best of the best!!
Have had to come here twice with our babygirl Nala Jean. Had some reactions possibly to her flea medication. They did what they could and we followed up with her PV. They are caring and compassionate and have several options when it comes to care. We will be sure to visit here anytime we need after hours emergency care! Thanks BluePearl
I didn’t even set an appointment yet and I’m already disappointed with BluePearl. The woman that is answering the phone and scheduling appointments should consider customer service etiquette. She was very short, showed no real concern, and very condescending. It’s not what you say but how you say it. She ruin it for me, won’t call back.
It was horrible I do not recommend this facility to anyone if you have a sick dog please take it to fetch in Brandon I have a 12 year old Yorky who is very ill and her the clinic with my husband only to be charged $1050 to tell him that he needed to go buy a bottle of insulin at Walmart and give her two units twice a day. Her blood sugar was over 400 they did nothing, they did not even recheck the blood sugar. They did not give her anything to eat other than charge us an astronomical amount it’s horrifying. My pet has since passed since this horrible experience I recommend going to fetch FATCH in Brandon. they are compassionate they educated us And they did not charge us the fees that blue pearl did for absolutely nothing other than shortening my dogs life again do not go to blue pearl their only concern is making money not for the welfare of your pet
