Took my 7 lb yorkie for his annual check up since he had the Bandfield wellness plan. When i go to pick him up he was covered in urine from head to toe and completely disheveled. It is as if he was kept in a cage with a puddle of urine long enough for the urine to settle in his hair and dry completely.
The people who work in the front desk and book the appointments don?t communicate effectively they don?t ask questions about the type of appointment you want to get, they assume you know how bandfield works as if we are apart of the staff, Yoremy was very rude this morning and apparently the manager is not always working at the location. Terrible service
