I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else! Not only are the doctors amazing and attentive, their staff truly love our pets and help take any anxiety away from visits and stays! The best!
Very competent doctor and vet technician. All of my concerns and questions were addressed. Staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with. The facility was clean and well maintained. I wanted to change veterinary offices for many reasons. Arbor Pet Hospital was local and well rated, so I decided to try them. They were able to see my cat the same day and take care of her issue with fair pricing. I will be using their services going forward. I highly recommend Arbor to anyone looking for quality medical care of their furry children.
I had already had a bad experience at this place. They wanted to do surgery on my older cat. I went for a second opinion, all she needed was to change her diet.
However the vet that help my cat close his practice (very unfortunate) I was desperate to get my other cat help. I take her here, they have no clue what she has, X rays, bloodwork, almost a week stay at the hospital, $1600+ later, I’m given a sick cat back not once, but twice!. They were also treating her for her pancreas.
I take her else where, turns out she has had an intestinal blockage that has been sitting so long in her GI (that these arbor people didn’t see) that it basically destroyed her intestines with all the movement, and just over all aggravation of her intestines had gone thru. The other vet was able to find it. But it was too late. She passed away. To say I’m devastated in an understatement.
I should have never given these people a second chance. They don’t know what they are doing. I waisted my savings and my best friend is dead, because of incompetence.
Dr.Andreu is absolutely amazing and so compassionate. Today I had to put my ferret to sleep and both the doctor and Natalia assisted him to the rainbow bridge with such care and love. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable in making hard decisions such as mentioned, guiding you through the process while making you feel like they are caring for your beloved pet as if it were their own. I cannot thank the staff at Arbor pet hospital enough. 100000/10 recommend taking your pets here.
I left my two cats with them while I was out of state for a week. They never said anything was wrong, even when I picked up my cats. But when we got home, one of my cats was about half his normal weight. He would try to walk but just fell over on his side. He could not eat and was in pain. The next day I took him to a different vet. They said he was in kidney failure and had to be put to sleep.
Horrible.
My therapist suggested I go back and talk to the people at Arbor. A woman there blamed me for my cat’s condition even though I was over 1,000 miles away and he was in their care. She was very mean and nasty.
Do not trust your animals to Arbor Pet Hospital. They neglected my cat, then blamed me for his dying. They were cruel to him and to me. I feel so sorry that I left him with them. He deserved so much better than that.
