Google says in store shopping and it’s not open to the public.
I cannot say enough about this company. My dog recently passed and his automatic order of medication came in. He required two separate doses of the same med to equal what he needed each month (it was expensive). I called Allivet and explained to them that he had passed and I had not opened the medication. Even though it is a prescription med, they are crediting my account back and allowing me to send the medicine back to them (with a paid label). Prior to this the service was always prompt and accurate each and every month. Thank you Allivet for your help with my Toby through the years. ??
This company is full on scammers. Nothing but a scam. If you give them a credit card number they will continue to charge it over and over and over. It is a scam. If you attempt to call customer service which is obviously not located in the United States, they will hang up on you. This is a full-on scam
Last year it was a fiasco to get my dogs Rx because my vet will not fax scripts because of their experience with mailorder inaccuracies. So my only option is to mail scripts. This delayed fulfillment by weeks. This winter I thought I was ahead of the game allowing for a month from when I mailed both Nexguard and Heartguard scripts but I only wanted to Nexguard to start and asked them to hold the Heartguard until my dog needed it. 30 days went by and still NO Nexguard. They sat on the script!! After a couple phone calls it was finally shipped. Then this month I ordered the Heartguard and it?s been sitting in fulfillment since 4/11. I?m heading out of town so I had to order elsewhere and cancel. This time I am done! Closed my account. There is no reason except for bad business to take this long when scripts are on file and our dog had been tested for all diseases prior to script being written. Not going to give my business to a company that clearly doesn?t appreciate it!
