They are only a wellness check facility. If your pet is in need of immediate care. They can not help you.
This franchise is basically useless as a vet medical provider and you are better off finding a real vet.
Their preventative care is useless, I had been with them for 2 years prior to this discovery. They told me she was fine (after I pointed out a lump on her nipple) and she died 7 months later. It had metastasized so bad from that single lump and it went into her internal organs. Had they suggested she needed immediate care, she would still be alive.
Do yourself a favor. Get a real vet. There are also wellness plans with them.

This is a great place for your one-stop pet care needs! You can make appointments online, and if you need to reschedule, a prompt allows for a callback if you leave your name, number, and a brief explanation on the reason for the call. The office will try to promptly you back within the day.
I am very happy with the care and attention my family and pet have received â˜ºï¸ ðŸ’• . I enjoy going online to buy and receive pet products via their website. I would highly encourage pet owners to give Banfield Pet Hospital a try. You won’t be disappointed.
Worst vet office I ever visited and I lived in 6 different states.
They charged me 3 times for health certificate than the average cost. (Even though I had the Banfield insurance). Moreover, the service was horrific- they lied and didn’t want to help. The service was the biggest nightmare ever. We almost lost an expensive vacation due to lies about the health certificate. I sent a letter from my lawyer and they didn’t respond. Stay away!!! Worst place ever!!!
