Erik and I just brought Katz in with a very serious condition. The Vet and Amanda and everyone was so very caring, compassionate, informative, and understanding. All those at Blue Pearl went above and beyond, were extremely comforting, and guided us through this difficult time. Thank you!! I’d recommend Blue Pearl to all.
Brought my dog in at 7 month from critical condition they took him back then refused to help me. They told male they would and had kendrive a hr and use my last 6bucks. Don’t go here they don’t care about animals or u when u need help. They will let ur pet die.
WORST ANIMAL ER EVER!!!! They suggested I put my dog down in November, and he is still alive and well today!!! They mis-diagnosed him and said he had a mass on his spleen that needed operated on, and if I didnt choose to operate, I should put him to sleep. Nope, I brought my doggy in bc he was over-anesthetized from a Dental he had the previous day at another vet’s office, and he was barely responsive. He was finally sabilized with an IV and oxygen, and then I chose to take him home, though if I had taken the ER Vet’s advice, my doggy would certainly not be here still today. They would’ve killed him if i let them operate, bc he clearly did not need anymore anesthesia. Shame on them, and they charged me a ridiculous amount for oxygen and an iv. They don’t care about your pet, just the money!!! They don’t even know what they’re doing there!!!!
The critical crisis doctor took amazing care of my baby, Clyde. All 5 of my dogs got sick back to back, we’re all on treatments from our primary vet, but Clyde started going down quickly. After being seen 2 other places, we were told he needs to be transferred to BluePearl immediately, and they were unsure if he was going to make it. Although it is still a mystery what exactly happened, they were able to get him from critical to stable in a matter of a few hours. Although all tests were negative, the critical specialist still knew exactly what to do to get his sugar up finally and get him back to normal. Thank you for saving my sweet baby boy!!! Worth every single penny.
Very disappointed in this location. My dog had an allergic reaction last night. I brought her in around 8pm. There was a sign outside the door to call and about 5 other people in their cars waiting. They had you wait to be seen. After an hour I left and went to another emergency clinic. I understand having to wait, but I feel that someone should have came out to make sure she was okay, as it could have been life threatening. I got a call around 10pm asking if I was still outside waiting. I said no. The other hospital immediately came and looked at my dog before I even checked in. It was also a long wait to get a room, but at least they had the sense to take a look at her first, at check-in.
