This place was like finding a rare gem. They were efficient, compassionate, caring, understanding of our families needs. Our dogs felt at ease very quickly. It was easy to see they live the work they do! Thanks so much, Koda and Sally!

I needed to take both of my dogs to the vet to get them on tick and flea treatment but I was in a tough financial spot and could not afford it. I’ve been to 4 other vets around Jacksonville and all were pretty expensive and sometimes difficult to get into. I tried this location for the 1st time and I was able to get an appointment within just a few days the staff was so friendly and the price was very reasonable and affordable. I would highly recommend this location
Neighbors cat was stacked by dogs this morning and they took him in and cared for him all day and he is doing good. Had pretty bad wounds and they didn’t try and charge for unnecessary things. Very friendly and reasonable for what they did and how long they kept him.
