Excellent service
Our cats and dog receive great care.
The Front desk staff is great at the town center location. Super nice and helpful. The 2 stars is due to Dr.Greene. I will not be taking my dog back to her. She’s unable to accept accountability for not clearly stating that my bill would be twice the original amount before completing the procedure. I literally called a few mins after leaving the office to relay I wanted to remove one of the other procedures due to the cost and it was unnecessary. So why would I be okay with doubling the cost when I just called and relayed that adding a $200 extra procedure was too much prior. Mistakes happen.. the problem I have is her attitude and blaming me. This could be all miscommunication here and I’m sorry that I wasn’t clear with the final cost.
There scheduling policy at this location to only take drop offs on certain days is ridiculous.
