I have been taking my dogs to this vet for a little over 3 years but a recent shift in staffing has completely turned me away from the clinic. I felt I was not being listened to, there was blatant negativity about my dogs breed, they were impatient and rough, and made me feel like I had done a poor job with my dogs maintenance. I have never been made to feel like this prior and always got very positive reports from staff prior about my dogs hygiene and behavior. Staff are openly negative and talk about clients which can be heard through the walls. I have experienced this along with a few friends who I originally recommended visit this office.
Additionally the care provided is not quality as after repeated visits and feeling brushed off and hopeless I looked for a second opinion.
I discovered my dog has an autoimmune disease which had advanced to the point of hearing loss. Before the second opinion I was given temporary solutions and all my concerns were brushed off or not heard, the issues were blamed on his breed and seasonal allergies when in fact his immune system was compromised. he was getting worse instead of better after each visit.
He is now deaf in one ear, his liver is working overtime, and we are nursing severe ear, skin, eye, and mouth infections and on a long road to recovery to treat a disease that was missed because the only thing that the staff saw was a ?typical cocker spaniel?.
Great place for affordable pet care. I had my dog vaccinated and got his trifexis for just over 100 dollars!! Everyone was nice and friendly there.
