They truly do not care about your pet or health. At the end of the day you are a number and they will try to make it as high as possible. Overcharging for things, since day one I had to analyze and get second opinions on treatments that for them where a must do on my dog but it was to only make the bill higher. Would never bring another of my pets to this location again.
Eco deco doctors could use a bit more empathy, specially the owner.
The nurser and reception personnel are super sweet and understanding.
