We had a 0900 appointment. I drove from Key Largo and left 90 mins early to make sure we respected their time. Even though WE were on time and the first appointment of the day… We still literally waited for 30 mins… My dog has a sore back and an eye infection. Without even looking at X-rays or an mri, the doctor determined that she needed surgery… Her eye infection started two weeks ago but he determined she needed eye surgery. The best part is they tried charging me $600 for an X-ray… Hope your experience better than mine. We walked out and won’t be back. Profit is the focus here NOT your dogs health.
Update: 2 days later the dog is perfectly fine and back to normal… But the vet here was trying to convince us that she needed back surgery. Unbelievable.
