Horrible from beginning to end. Heartless people . Is been almost 3 months and I am still waiting for Dr. Wong to contact me via phone or email and nothing ! Unprofessional. They were quick to charge us 12,000 for a surgery that was a failure . I’ve been a dog owner for 38 years and never seen this in my life. Please if you love your pet don’t take them there go somewhere else .
Courteous, professional, open minded, assessment well presented. Very happy with my experience. The doctor, her assistant, and the staff in general. Caring nature.
The loving care that everyone showed to Lex and to Karen (who brought Lex in) was much appreciated. Dr Flores explained things clearly and thoroughly and answered all my questions. She’s a very compassionate person. The only suggestion I have is that Karen should have been provided with a receipt for the total charged to my Mastercard. All of them – nurses and receptionists – and especially Dr Flores the care and respect for Lex and the thoroughness of the exam
I almost never write reviews, but the team made me feel so comfortable at a time when I was so afraid for my pup’s health, I had to.
