The location is ideal the front desk customer service is horrible.
They don’t answer phones when you’re in line they take forever to take care of you. If you get in a little early they do not check you in you have to wait. Horrible honestly.
Place is awesome, visited with my brother and his dying Dog Winston for examination. staff very compassionate and helpful, spent time and explained options, the pricing was very reasonable and the facility top notch clean and user friendly. Highly recommend for any animal services, thank you Banfield for making Winstons end of life decision so peaceful and with dignity, its appreciated very much.
The staff and Dr. A because I can’t remember he is young and so good with the pets. I was so pleased with the treatment. Thank you for the great care.
