Since doctor Stoodoff has retired the new owners made our first trip there absolutely horrible! They charge a ridiculous amount and did things I did not authorize for something minor. Never have I been charged a drop-off fee in the eight years that I have gone there! They are nothing but a greedy money hunger operation. So so sad to lose such a caring wonderful vet!
This place has the most amazing caring staff. I could write a book on the royal treatment they gave me and my dog!
I took my 13 year old dog to the vet I normally do. I trusted them to see why she was it acting herself. Well 2 days later my dog is still sick so I call the same vet I took her to. Go to UF was their answer.
I called south Ocala and they got me in. Not only did they see me everyone of the staff listened to my concerns for my dog. They knew I knew my dog. After doing labs and X-rays it was determined she had an infection somewhere in her body. She is now on the road to recovery. They didn?t give up on her. They gave me all the options. They checked in on her and me.
I am blown away by the amazing staff and Dr! I can not thank them enough. I now have a little bit more time with my old girl.
