I had a great initial visit here. My dogs were not getting good care or proactive care where we have been established x 10 years and I was referred by another client at NRAH. Staff was all friendly to me and my puppy. More importantly, My puppy has been having issues for 2 months and I came for a second opinion as well as to see about switching practices altogether. My puppy got great attention with a thorough exam.All of my concerns were addressed, My questions were answered. I especially appreciated the vet referencing a scientific study regarding a concern and pending decision. My background is medical and I have a scientific mind and having a study ( a current one at that!) to give me additional data really helped me come to peace about my decision. Dr Cepeda identified an infection that my puppy had which was completely missed recently at the prior practice who relied more on additional tests like blood work stool samples but fell short on their clinical exam. I will be transferring care to this practice and my puppy is scheduled for surgery here. I want to commend both the vet tech (Kayla) and the vet for presenting all their education in a manner that was non-biased unless I asked for an opinion. everyone was friendly and professional. The office itself was extremely clean. I should add that my puppy was examined in front of me which I really appreciated vsmy prior verwhere the dogs are removed from the exam area taken in a back room with other dogs. I have to share I was super impressed when my puppy needed her unmentionables examined She wasn’t keen on it and the staff handled it perfectly by providing her a little treat & distraction. They are well equipped to handle a behavior issue if it pops up to make the animal more comfortable while completing a thorough exam. I’m hoping to be able to transfer all my animals to this practice and I’m looking forward to more good care like we received yesterday in our initial visit!

Dr. Lewis and the care I have received over the years is exceptional.
I couldn’t imagine taking my dog, Sophie anywhere else for her veterinary needs.
I had an emergency visit to NRAH because my dog was struggling to breathe. His head was so stopped up and was also getting an upper respiratory infection. I was very pleased with his care at NRAH. The Dr. took time to find out what was wrong and took action to help him ASAP. Hopefully, he will be feeling much better soon.
The staff was very pleasant, very clean and nice atmosphere.
