My poor mother and her beloved dog Chiquita had a traumatic experience at this veterinary clinic. Not only were they charged over $1,000 for unnecessary services, but the clinic misdiagnosed Chiquita with pneumonia when she actually had cancer. Due to this misdiagnosis, Chiquita had only days to live, and unfortunately, she passed away soon after. The loss of Chiquita has devastated our family, and we feel that the clinic’s negligence and lack of proper diagnosis led to her untimely death. We urge the clinic to take responsibility for their actions and provide a refund for the unnecessary services. Additionally, we urge them to review their procedures and provide proper training to their staff to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Our family will never forget the impact that this clinic’s actions had on us and our beloved Chiquita.
Well their inexperienced so-called Vet injected my sweet puppy with Fentanyl to do an Xray and killed her, Ms Natalia Hernandez Diaz who is now in Houston,Texas at the Katy area Blue Pearl. Ms Diaz fled Sarasota because the State was looking for her and the Attorney General.
Always be informed with whom is behind those doors and their Experience.
My pup she killed was, my breath , my world, she never took her eyes off me. …..where am I now for her……..
Blue Pearl is a very low end conveyor belt, think twice before going to a franchise
I took my pet parakeet Pepe to Blue Pearl in Sarasota in Sept. She was cared for by the Avion specialist and given oxygen and X-rays etc. and sent home with medicine which improved her condition for about two weeks. Then I brought her back as she was deteriorating again and I was told it appeared to be a heart condition which may or may not improve and they treated her again and I was given new medicine. She passed away 2 weeks later. I appreciate the care given to her but a simple phone call to check on her condition after each visit would have been nice. My regular vet always does a follow up call after a visit, no matter what, for my cat or dog. Something to think about in the future…
Staff is very caring and competent. We brought our standard poodle in for care as he suffered multiple seizures at home. He was actively seizing at the hospital entrance. A group of employees came out and rushed he into the hospital. They were able to stabilize out dog. We were so thankful for the exceptional care. We were able to bring him home the next day. Thanks again to all of the staff!!!
