LOVE this Dr and staff.
It is sad for me to give this practice 1 star review, but after 9+ years being their customer with both of my dogs, today they dessapointed me. I called to schedule an appt for my dog and they stated that I have cancelled 2 appointments in the past (always ahead of time due to serious reasosn) and we are not allow to walk into that clinic on a Saturday any longer. Dr. Flores is a great doctor, but after today, I will not visit this office anymore.
