They have gotten to corporate to care for your pet it’s all about the money and how they can get more of it. Have the nurse tell me that because they have not seen my dogs at there location I need to pay for an exam then I can get their flee and tick treatment. To get told they need to do a test on both of my dogs for an extra 100+ bucks. They tell you one thing then add more to it.
Coming to this Banfield location truly makes me happy, from the front desk girls, to Caitlin the office manager, Stephanie, Luis, Annette are always amazing with my dog Macho. We have been coming here for 8 years and they treat us like family, we always get treated great and leave with my dog feeling so much better. I wouldn’t trade them for anyone in the world!
