Absolutely the best care for my Black Lab athlete whom is a field trial dog. He suffered an ACL rupture and needed surgery and follow up care. He is on the mend and should be back to full activity in the near future. Staff and DR Roy at the best at emergency care in all south Florida.
Had a terrible scare with my 5month old Maltese puppy and the staff at PBVS have been taking great care of her, I feel ok leaving her with them which I appreciate so much. Thank you so much VCA staff.
They get one star because I can’t give them zero. Called in the afternoon after being told she would need a transfusion. Asked the price and was told $700. Brought my cat in and the price that I was quoted became $2000. Conveniently, the cost to put her down was $600 and they were really fast to give me some approved credit form. Stay very far from this place. A number of their reviews are just ringers, probably staff making up stuff. BTW, that’s my little Missy Foo in profile photo. THE WORST!
