Never ever recommend your services to anyone. Charging for services that has never been provide and sending clients to collections. Unacceptable.
Poor communication and customer service. Different information is given depending on who answers the phones and zero empathy towards inconveniences that are caused or time wasted towards their customers . Agent pretty much told me to take my business elsewhere which was beyond frustrating. Normally go to Buckhead location and will continue to do so in the future as they do not appreciate your pets or the customers here .this is specifically towards the agents who set the schedules and work the desks as the vets themselves are great and love the grooming salon. They make sure to constantly tell you that these are separate entities within the store because they do not work together well which makes no sense.
The Tucker location was helpful, if only because they had same day availability on a Saturday. However, the staff, though kind, were forgetful at best. When I picked up my cat, they brought him out to me without the cat carrier. Just handed him to me in the middle of the Petsmart.
I was given medication, but the wrong syringe and so was unable to give my cat the medicine he needed. Five days later, I was back at Tucker Banfield and was told the issue was that I was not administering the medication. I was given the proper syringe, shown how to administer the medicine and everything has since worked out. However, I would not return to the Tucker location unless other locations are booked.
