This location is beyond unprofessional with a ghetto unkept staffing! I regret ever making an appointment at this location! The doctor didn’t sign the rabies certificate and I’ve been calling and requesting the paperwork be left for me to pick up to no avail! I was even greeted today with “are you the one that filed a complaint?” And now we see why I filed it they are the absolute worst! Now they claim they’ll Mail the paperwork which I doubt that gets done! It’s a complete waste of my time and money for something so simple as signing a piece of paper! Yet I’m supposed to register my pet with the county in certain time frame and what am I supposed to tell the county— I’m waiting weeks to get the certification in Mail after weeks of my pet getting her shots?!
Been here several times and Michael the assistant vet is awesome. He explains everything and takes his time with your pet. He answers any and all questions you may have. This review is for the Acworth location.
