I’ve had issues with every surgery my dogs have had here, and they don’t give you follow up guidance at the time of surgery, like common post surgery issues to look out for, etc. So I’ve always had to end up going to an ER vet afterwards (double your surgery expense). But ok I’ll accept that as a possibility from surgery. But having front desk staff who are rude and passive aggressive for no reason? The 20 something with the dark hair and big nose could stand to learn some customer service. And if keeping the bathroom door closed is such a huge deal for her – here’s an idea – put up a sign.
The very best! The staff and vets are always professional, courteous, and compassionate. The level of knowledge is top notch. Wait times are not long. Dr. Minicozzi has been wonderful in her care of our senior dog. She has returned calls personally and her care is genuine and thorough. Very grateful for this practice.
