Been going here for years. Loved Dr. Waters and April and DeeDee at the front desk. They have since all left. Dr. Rackley lacks bedside manners and has been rough with our old girl. He maneuvered her leg during a routine visit and she stated limping as soon as we got home. Lasted for 2 weeks. Recently saw Dr. Hendrix. Nice enough. However, a neighbor’s dog was attacked recently. Owner brought him bleeding profusely to be seen at Auburn. Was turned away saying Dr. Rackley had only 3 mins. This is completely unacceptable and gives me reason to look for a new vet.

Can’t count on Dr.Rackley to help you in an emergency. Better go somewhere that has more of an actual love for animals.
About the dog that got turned away….
I was in the lobby that day. You are not writing what was really said. The receptionist and Dr. Rackley both said that he still had 3 rooms waiting for him and that he was the only Vet there that day. They recommended that you go to the Emergency Vet. If you are going to try and slander somebody make sure you actually say what was said. Thank you. I will always recommended Auburn Animal Hospital and Dr. Rackley.
