Everyone at Banefield takes the best care of my pets!!!!
Three times now I’ve set an appointment and in the day of the appointment I receive a phone call informing me that they have to cancel my appointment due to being short staffed.
I like the Banfield Clinic, the staff is friendly and helpful. However, it seems that they always find something extra to charge for outside of what’s covered by their Wellness Plan. In which they spring those charges on you last minute. Know that if you have your pet spayed or neutered under the plan, there is an additional fee for a special collar & pain meds that have to be paid out of pocket and they don’t tell you this until a day or 2 prior to the appointment, when they call to confirm. They also can’t tell you prices upfront, you won’t know until services have been rendered. Medicines for pain or illness are not included in the wellness plan.
