I have taken my dog here for many years but after our last visit she was returned to me bleeding and with her nail ripped off completely from the base with very little explanation of how it happened and zero compassion. The vet said “it probably won’t get infected, just wanted to let you know that happened!” I took her there because she was lethargic and was concerned she had GI issues and now she is in even more pain. Please take your dogs somewhere else as the current staff is awful.

I brought my male cat in late Saturday night for a suspected urinary blockage. Dr. Tuncay and his awesome tech checked my boy out quickly and were able to determine he was not blocked. They prescribed all the appropriate meds for his diagnosis and we were on our way home an hour or so later! Everyone was so personable and I was beyond pleased with the quality of medicine practiced at NGVS. I will be using them for emergency care moving forward. Thanks again, Dr. T and staff!
This place was AMAZING! went to another pet er and they were terrible! My baby was in the middle of labor and had complications the staff here went ABOVE expectations and treated my baby like she was one of their own. If it hadn’t been for the quick actions and such special care we wouldn’t have our babies this morning. I could never thank the staff and Dr’s enough for all they did for us!
