Friendly , professional, amazing all the way around.
I highly recommend this place. They were able to accommodate my dog at the last minute for shots and day care. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The location was clean. The staff sends updates and photos of your pet at daycare. My dog seemed to enjoy daycare and I was pleased with the grooming service. I will definitely return as a customer!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!! Staff is rude and racist! Took my dog to be groomed today at 8am, showed up at 1pm to pick him up and they had not groomed or even bathe him. The "manager" would not let us get him, because the dogs were in "training", I NEVER asked for my dog to be trained! She called the police on us for simply demanding that she give us our dog and she intimidated her own staff to not give me my dog. I’m completely disgusted, and in disbelief at the behavior and actions of the people at this place. Absolutely confused about the whole situation. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE A WHOLE DAY, get your fur baby groomed somewhere else.
