This is THE BEST Emergency Vet. Clinic experience I?ve ever had!! I have 2 cats and a dog, so I?ve been to a few emergency clinics over the years?
Over a holiday weekend, one of my cats got really sick. I called Well Pet Humane as they were the only nearby clinic open. They recommended I call Animal Urgent Care of Dunwoody and I?M SO HAPPY I WENT TO THIS CLINIC!! The facility is clean and well designed! The doctor, the manager and the staff were so knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and understanding. This is my new favorite emergency care clinic for all my fur baby?s!?
Super friendly and helpful. Our visit was one of those 2 AM emergencies and we couldn?t have found a better place for our emergency.
Dog ate kong toy and they performed immediate throw up process to quickly get all the rubber pieces out before they reached the intestines. I was there in the evening and in and out in less than an hour!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have excellent bedside manner. Reasonable pricing and don’t push useless / expensive tests etc if it isn’t truly needed. Plus, with each of the two separate visits, we noticed that the entire place is incredibly clean everywhere from the bathrooms, waiting room and exam rooms. I can sense that they are short staffed and the only issue is being seen at times. If it’s not an absolute emergency it’s best to call ahead to ensure you can be seen right away, if not, they will provide you a time to come in. Unfortunately the phone goes unanswered at times but they are trying with the staff that they have. Overall we had a fantastic experience with both visits. Great people, great hours and a great place. Highly recommended.
Got my prescription hold up for more than 3 weeks and missed my pet?s medicine for a month. For emergencies it may be a great place but would not recommend it for regular visits or regular health check up.
